Founder & General Manager
Studied economics at the National Economics University in Hanoi and entered the tourism industry in 2009 as an operator and sales executive. After 6+ years mastering operations and MICE coordination, Nancy founded Asia Creative Travel with the philosophy: "Life is a journey — not the destination but the experience." Her mission is to create meaningful itineraries that forge lasting memories for every traveler.
Daisy — Nguyen Thi Ngan
CEO / Operations Director
Graduated from the Banking Academy with a finance degree. Progressed through various financial and office management positions before overseeing daily tour coordination at ACT. Lives by three principles: Put one's feet up, Go the extra mile, and Try to take advantage of every opportunity.
Vivian — Bui Van Anh
Operations Manager
Manages all ground operations ensuring every client's holiday runs smoothly from start to finish. Known for her realistic approach and great sense of humor. Motto: "Don't be a tourist, Be a Traveler."
David — Truong Hoang Hieu
Marketing Manager
Graduated from Hanoi Architectural University and brings a well-rounded marketing background across various industries. Drives the creative direction and brand visibility of Asia Creative Travel across all channels.

Director of Sales — India
Handles Prime Geo Leisurecorp operations and leads our India market presence. Offers tailored tour packages for FITs and groups across Indochina, operating exclusively in the B2B market to serve Indian travel agents and operators.
Retno Suratri
Director of Sales — Indonesia
Holds a Tourism Management degree and leads our Indonesian market operations from Jakarta. A strong advocate for eco-friendly and cultural tourism initiatives, Retno promotes responsible tourism practices in everything she does.

Graduated from the Foreign Trade University and Hanoi Foreign Language University. Brings extensive experience in business development to ACT, forging strong partnerships and expanding our global network of travel partners.
