Booking Conditions

1. How to Book
You may book a tour by submitting an inquiry through our website, emailing us at [email protected], or contacting us by phone. Our travel expert will respond within 24 hours with a detailed itinerary and quote tailored to your requirements.
2. Deposit & Confirmation
A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking. Upon receipt of the deposit, we will send you a written booking confirmation with your finalized itinerary and all relevant details.
3. Balance Payment
The remaining 70% balance is due no later than 30 days before your departure date. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. Accepted methods: bank transfer, credit card (Visa/Mastercard), and PayPal.
4. Changes to Your Booking
We understand travel plans can change. Modifications requested more than 30 days before departure will be accommodated free of charge where possible. Changes within 30 days may incur additional fees depending on supplier policies. Significant changes (dates, destinations, group size) may require a revised quote.
5. Special Requests
We welcome special requests including dietary requirements, mobility accommodations, room preferences, and occasion celebrations. Please inform us at the time of booking. While we will make every effort to fulfill your requests, they cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability.
6. Travel Documents & Insurance
It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity), necessary visas, and any required vaccinations. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings. Insurance is mandatory for all adventure and trekking tours.
7. Pricing
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and include services as specified in your itinerary. Prices do not include international flights, travel insurance, visa fees, personal expenses, or tips unless explicitly stated.
