1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website of Asia Creative Travel Ltd (“the Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
We are a Destination Management Company (DMC) providing incoming travel services including private customized tours, group tours, MICE events, and related travel arrangements across Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a 30% deposit and written confirmation from our team. The remaining balance is due 30 days before departure. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card (Visa/Mastercard), and PayPal. All prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise.
4. Pricing & Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before confirmation. Prices may be subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or government-imposed taxes until a booking is confirmed.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, itineraries, and design — is the property of Asia Creative Travel Ltd and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written consent is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and quality of our tours, Asia Creative Travel Ltd shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, or third-party supplier failures.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Hanoi, Vietnam.
