1. Cancellation by the Traveler
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while covering operational costs already incurred with our supplier partners. All cancellations must be made in writing via email to [email protected].
2. Refund Schedule

3. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure — including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government travel bans, war, or civil unrest — cancellation terms will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We will make every effort to reschedule your trip or provide the maximum possible refund, taking into account irrecoverable costs already paid to suppliers.
4. Cancellation by the Company
In rare cases, we may need to cancel a tour due to safety concerns, insufficient minimum group size, or force majeure events. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, or the option to transfer to an alternative departure date or tour at no additional cost.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation confirmation, using the same payment method as the original transaction. Bank transfer refunds may take an additional 5–7 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage. This can protect your investment in cases where our cancellation policy does not provide a full refund. Insurance is mandatory for adventure and trekking tours.
